Nicole Nuzzo is an absolutely stellar representative! Nicole established a great rapport with me and took me through each step of the process with messaging that was made clearly understandable. Nicole would ask me if I had any questions after each step-whether it was in regard to financing, installing, expectations or anything regarding solar power. I was impressed with her knowledge. And, Nicole was personable as well as knowledgeable. I am now waiting for the inspections from my local electric supplier as well as local government. This too was clearly explained to me. - Bryan MBen M. was my sales point person and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He answered a myriad of in depth questions that I had to ensure I was not only getting the correct information for my system, but that I understood everything. He was transparent with me, and I with him. I explained some of my competitive quotes with him and he was able to explain reasons why their information was not as transparent as Summits. My install just finished up today (exactly 2 months after signing) and I am just waiting for the inspection and PTO (permission to operate) from Comed to go live. Excellent service from the operations and field install teams, and I got a great financing rate as well for buying my system. The sun even came out at the end of a harsh weather day for the techs, to shine on the panels for their first day installed! Highly recommend Ben M. as your sales person and Summit as your solar provider.
